At the age of 78 Jeffry Life has the ripped physique of someone decades younger. Ropes of veins bulge in his arms and neck and the balding, grey-haired grandfather has powerful shoulders, sculpted abs and an impressively flat stomach. Married to a woman who is nearly two decades his junior, he says that his sex life is “great” and that he has as much, or more, energy than when he was in his thirties.
